PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the number of signal lines is difficult to be increased because of some limitations, in a system, a serial bus or the like limited in the number of signal lines for assembling or the like. SOLUTION: When a processing element out of plural processing elements requires connection to a common resource via a connection route, a connection condition connected to a storage means of the processing element is changed to information allowing connection to the common resource, and detection means of the other processing elements other than the processing element issue commands changing their connection conditions stored in their corresponding storage means to information not allowing connection to the common resource, after detecting the presence of connection requirement to the common resource.
