PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube type pad arm clamping mechanism of a spectacle front frame which is constituted to facilitate fitting and exchanging of pad arms, makes appearance neat and clear-cut and is excellent in terms of design as well. SOLUTION: The following technical means are adopted: A bridge 2 existing at the center of the font frame F is dividedly formed between a pair of upper and lower bridge pieces 2a and 2b and on the other hand, the dividing segments of these upper and lower bridge pieces 2a and 2b are integrally and perpendicularly provided with pad arms 32 from both sides of shims 31 and the upper and lower bridge pieces 2a and 2b are connected by the fastening members 4 near their base parts of the eyewires in the state of interposing the shims 31 of nose pad bodies 3 for holding pad pieces 33 at their front ends, by which the lens L are clasped and locked to the left and right eyewires 1 and the nose pad bodies 3 are fastened to the bridge pieces 2a and 2b.
