PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation position sensor capable of obtaining a stable angle detection signal for a detection angle irrespective of mechanical play of a rotary system and external electric noise, detecting a wide angle, and reducing temperature fluctuation of an output voltage. SOLUTION: This rotation position sensor is provided with a magnet MG, a magnetic flux density sensor HE for measuring a magnetic flux density component of the magnet MG, and a signal processing part 2a for computing an actual output voltage corresponding to a relative rotation angle when rotating and moving the magnetic flux density sensor HE and the magnet MG relatively along a polarization axis of the magnet MG by a moving means S based on a signal measured by the magnetic flux density sensor HE. The signal processing part 2a is provided with a level compensation means 2a-0 compensating a level of the actual output voltage to a level set in advance and computing and outputting it.
