EXHAUST STRUCTURE OF REFRIGERATOR OR THE LIKE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a drop in the cooling efficiency of storage compartments by blocking warm internal air exhausted outside from infiltrating into the storage compartments even while a housing box of a pull door is pulled out of the storage compartments. SOLUTION: The storage compartments and a machine chamber are formed vertically inside the body 12 of a top-freezer refrigerator 10. Pull doors 18 each with a storage box drawable into or out of the storage compartments are arranged at positions of the body 12 biased to one side across the width thereof 12. An exhaust port 44b for exhausting internal air cooling a refrigerating mechanism arranged to be housed in the machine chamber is formed on a front panel 44 for closing a lower opening part corresponding to the machine chamber of the body 12. The exhaust port 44b is located off below the pull doors 18 and the warm internal air exhausted outside from the exhaust port 44b ascends along the front of the body without the pull doors 18.
