PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device with high durability capable of suppressing the falling of grease with a simple structure. SOLUTION: In this bearing device, an outer tube 2 and an inner shaft 3 inserted into the outer tube 2 are formed by providing rolling bearings 4 and 5 separated from each other in the axial direction of the tube and shaft rotatably each other. An outer ring spacer 13 and an inner ring spacer 14 relative to the separated rolling bearings 4 and 5 are formed so that a clearance between the spacers and the bearings opposed to each other in the radical direction becomes a minute clearance G in a specified range in the radial direction.
