PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily correct the tilting of a balcony wainscot wall portion in a wide range and also secure the stability of the state of attachment of a balcony wainscot wall column to a balcony floor beam. SOLUTION: At the bottom end portion side of a balcony post 16, a stiffener 40 and a bottom fixing bracket 42 are provided and are respectively fastened to an upper flange 30B and a web 30A of a balcony floor girder 30. By loosening only an upper fixing bolt 52 or both of an lower fixing bolt 56 and the upper fixing bolt 52, the tilting of the balcony post 16 can be corrected. Also, because the balcony post 16 is jointed to the balcony floor girder 30 at two surfaces, its state of attachment can be stabilized.
