PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footing structure for reducing vibrations of a house, which is suitable for a structure such as a detached house and capable of being inexpensively provided. SOLUTION: This footing structure comprises a ground-side concrete footing 30, which is formed in ground 20 whereon the house 10 is constructed, a house- side concrete footing 40, which is constituted in the lower part of the house 10 and placed on the footing 30, and plural friction reducing mechanisms 50, which are provided between the footings 30 and 40. The mechanism 50 comprises a plate material 52, which is provided on the footing 30 and has a prescribed area, and a sliding member, which is provided at a spot, corresponding to the plate material 52, of the footing 40 so as to be capable of protruding from/ retracting into the lower surface of the footing 40 and can slide on the plate material 52 with footing 40.
