PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an improved channel prediction to be made when it is switched to an alternate frequency. SOLUTION: The first part of an OFDM symbol is temporarily stored as comparison data at a receiving end, an audio service which is adjusted at the receiving end is frequency-switched to an alternate frequency, then the comparison data are compared with the first part of an OFDM symbol received on the alternate frequency, by which substitute pilot signals are formed, the substitute pilot signals and the pilot signals received on the alternate frequency are interpolated so as to make channel predictions.
