INFORMATION COLLECTING SYSTEM, ARTIFICIAL EYE, VISUAL DEVICE, IMAGE SENSOR AND INTERLOCKING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual device that analyzes a surrounding state photographed by a mobile camera and transmits the analyzed result to a user terminal. SOLUTION: The information collection system as shown in Fig. 1 consists of one or more artificial eyes 1 and one or more user terminals 4 connected via a network. The artificial eye 1 as shown in Fig. 10 consists of the mobile camera 10, the visual device 2 and a communication unit 7. Since the visual device 2 reprieves an object to control panning, tilt, roll and zooming of the mobile camera 10 resulting in photographing the object existing over a wide range at a high magnification as shown in Fig. 14, a user can accurately find out the object earlier. The visual device 2 recognizes the type of the object and the communication unit 7 can transmit only a moving picture in which a specific kind of the object is photographed.
