PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new (meth)acrylate resin composition exhibiting excellent physical properties such as weather resistance, heat resistance, water resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, hot water resistance, impact resistance, formability, flexibility, hardness, extensibility, transparency, gloss, padding property, sharpness, pigment dispersibility and drying property when used as a crosslinking coating material, adhesive, tacky adhesive, textile processing agent, etc., and usable as a resin free from environmental pollution such as low-VOC coating material by the lowering of the resin viscosity. SOLUTION: The (meth)acrylate resin composition is produced by polymerizing a monomer component containing an alkylcycloalkyl ester of (meth)acrylic acid as an essential polymerizable unsaturated monomer (a) and contains a (meth)acrylate polymer (I) having a reactive group and a crosslinking agent having two or more functional groups reactive with the above reactive group.
