SOLUTION: The temperature-sensitive discoloring type appropriate temperature range indicator includes a heat discoloring means having a color-retention temperature rangeΔT (t3-t2) that matches the appropriate temperature range (total temperature range between lower limit temperature and upper limit temperature) of the element to be detected, the discoloring means employing a specific color storage type heat discoloring pigment.
