PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten sealing ability of a temperature sensor lead wire provided in a high temperature chamber around a fitting part. SOLUTION: In this sealing device, a cone part 11 made by a truncated form is formed at the base. The sealing device is formed by a seal member 1 having a plurality of pores 16 formed radially in the axial direction of the cone part 11, a body 2 for storing the seal member 1 having an introduction passage 25 communicated with the high temperature chamber, a tapered surface 22 formed corresponding to the conical surface of the seal member 1, a hollow part 23 connected to the tapered surface 22, and a female screw part 21 provided on the opening part side, and a hollow bolt 5 having a male screw part 51 screw-connected to the female screw part 21 provided on the inlet side of the body 2, and having a cylindrical part 55 at the tip part. A temperature sensor or a fine wire 6 connected to a thermo-couple is inserted in the pores 16 of the seal member 1. The seal member 1 is made of nickel metal or stainless steel.
