The invention concerns a device for bone repair by arthrodesia. The inventive device is characterised in that it comprises a tube (1) of wide-meshed tissue coated with poly-L-lactide, wherein the graft (2) is inserted, the tube (1) being maintained in position by a plate (3) fixed with screws (4) on the healthy bone portions (V). The invention is useful for filling up bone cavities.
