PURPOSE: An internet advertisement method is provided to display an advertisement relating to an interest of a user during a web page loading time when web pages are converted so that it can beguile tedium and enhance an advertisement effect. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user inputting an address at a web server(101), the user logging in the web server(103), the web server transmitting to an advertisement server member data such as a resident registration number, a sex, a matter of taste or a local area(104), the advertisement server executing a cookie(105), the advertisement server searching a database for a cookie matched with the member data, and retrieving an advertisement according to the searched cookie storing sorts and numbers of browsed advertisements(106,107), the advertisement server transmitting the retrieved advertisements to the user for enabling the user to browse the advertisements(108), if the user clicks on the advertisement, then a corresponding advertisement site being accessed and the advertisement being stored at a cookie(109,110,111), if the user does not click on the advertisement, the displayed advertisement being stored at a cookie(111), the advertisement being displayed while a web page being loaded, and the advertisement being stopped if the web page is completely loaded(112), and checking if other web site is linked(113). In a case that the advertisement is stopped and a web page loading is not completed, the displayed advertisement is being stored at the cookie, and other advertisement being retrieved and displayed.
