PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a mode utilized by an information communication terminal depending on utilizing information on the basis of position information in terms of latitude/longitude or latitude/longitude/altitude without the need for installing devices such as a utility searching alarm device and a position notice device individually to places at which use of the information communication terminal is desirably limited or inhibited. SOLUTION: The communication method and system, a communication management method and device, and a method and device for information communication terminal are provided for controlling the utilizing mode in response to utility information by collating position information of the information communication terminal grasped in terms of latitude/longitude or latitude/longitude/ altitude with utility information stored in a communication management unit and set within a range of latitude/longitude or latitude/longitude/altitude.
