PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house equipped with a balcony capable of easily realizing the effect the same as increasing the entrance canopy without increasing the number of working days and the construction cost. SOLUTION: A balcony 6 overhanging upward from an exterior wall 4 of an entrance porch 2 is provided, columns 8 and 8 bearing the deadweight of the balcony 6 are erected from the entrance porch 2 at a forward position from the entrance opening 10. Also, between an upper end 8a of one supporting column 8 and an exterior wall 4, a lintel 12 is built, and the balcony 6 is provided by supporting with this lintel 12. Also, another lintel 14 is built between the upper ends 8a and 8b of two supporting columns 8 and 8, and the balcony 6 is provided by supporting with this lintel 14.
