<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a system without necessity of reporting drawing quantity of tax exempt diesel fuel to automatically detect fuel supply quantity and to automatically distribute it to a fuel supply section or a tax office of a local government when a person granted a user's certificate of the tax-exempt diesel fuel purchases and uses fuels. SOLUTION: Tax exemption of the fuel is enabled by providing a mobile object preliminarily granted a tax-exemption certificate of the fuel with a detecting means to detect the fuel supply quantity and a communication means to transmit a detection value detected by the detecting means by an owner of the mobile object to use an engine as a driving source, on the other hand, providing the fuel supply section of a gas station, etc., with a communication means, an output means to make the detection value possible to be received by communication equipment of the fuel supply section by radio or a public line via a communication satellite or a transmission site and to output the received detection value, reporting the fuel supply quantity outputted to the output means to tax offices of the respective local governments or extending a network to the tax offices of the respective local governments and enabling reception of the detected fuel supply quantity at the tax offices of the local governments.</p> |
