PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-way speaker which guides the sound radiated from a speaker in a desired direction. SOLUTION: A coaxial speaker unit where a tweeter unit is fixed on the center pole of a main speaker unit is characterized by fixing a reflection board which is arranged inclinedly in front of the tweeter unit so as to reflect the sound radiated from the tweeter unit in a desired direction in the neighborhood of the inner peripheral part of a diaphragm in the main speaker unit.
