PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an output circuit for a semiconductor device which does not need a voltage source and is hardly affected by different characteristics of each transistor and temperature change. SOLUTION: Transistors Q1 and Q2 of a differential circuit 4 change the current sharing rate of a first output point (A) and a second output point (B) according to the input signal, whereas, transistors Q3 and Q4 of an active load circuit 5 supply currents of the same magnitude to the individual output points in a form of interlocking with the current of smaller valve. Either a first output transistor Q7 or a second output transistor Q8 is made to perform active operations corresponding to the input signal by a bias current corresponding to the difference in current that occurs, on the basis of the operations of the differential circuit 4 and the load circuit 5.
