PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grill apparatus wherein a water reception pan is taken out safe and simply to result in simplified construction of the apparatus, and it can be inexpensively manufactured. SOLUTION: The grill apparatus is adapted such that a grill door 2 free to open and close is provided across a front opening 3 of a grill chamber 1, and a handle is coupled to a water reception pan 4 accommodated in the grill changeover through a coupling member 5, and opening/closing operation of the grill door opening interlocking with an operation where the water reception pan is taken in and out. In the grill apparatus, the grill door is supported in the vicinity of a lower edge of the opening and is interposed between the water reception pan and the handle, and is further free to interlock between a close position where the grill door is pushed with the handle to close the opening and an open position of the opening where the grill door is interlocked downward of the water reception pan. The grill door is demountably supported in the vicinity of a lower edge of the opening through a leg piece 7, and the grill door is adapted to be interlocked to open the opening with its self weight, and further a guide plate 16 is provided on an inner surface of the handle.
