PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony unit system for which addition or remodeling can be easily performed. SOLUTION: A balcony unit is divided into roof balcony units 12, 32 and 34 and balcony eaves units 16 to 32, and 34, and their division position is set as an outer side reference line at the eaves side of the lower floor occupancy unit 10. And the balcony eaves units 16 to 30 and 34 are constituted to a detachable manner for the roof balcony unit 12, 32 and 34. Thus, the scope of work for the addition or remodeling can be restricted to a minimum and the addition and the remodeling can be easily carried out.
