PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit for an oscillatory wave motor that shortens a start recognition time and smoothly controls the speed of the oscillatory wave motor, immediately after its start. SOLUTION: An angular speed sensor 7 is rotated integrally with the oscillatory wave motor 4. When the motor 4 is started, the value of a voltage outputted from the angular speed sensor 7 is varied, and when the variation exceeds a reference voltage set by a comparator 8, the comparator output varies. By utilizing this phenomenon, the time of variation is recognized as the start time by a microcomputer 1. |
