PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a client without using user account information. SOLUTION: When a modulus number of RSA(Rivest Shamir Adleman) and a public key assigned to a requested Web page exist, a right-of-use authentication control part 105 calls a challenge generation part 107 to generate challenge and sends it to a client 201 through an input/output control part 102. After that, a right-of-use authentication part 104 waits for a response to be sent from the client 201 through the part 102. When the response is sent from the client 201, the part 105 calls a right-of-use inspection part 108 and inspects whether the response is correct or not. When the response is correct, it is outputted that the authentication of the right-of-use is successful, and page access is permitted. |
