PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device having an electrical circuit versatile in utility and supported by a carrier element. SOLUTION: In this device having the electric circuit supported by the carrier element (T) carrying a conductive structure on its surface, on or more additional elements of the electrical circuit are arranged on one side of the conductive structure facing the carrier element (T). This device is manufactured by a method, including a step (a) of applying the conductive structure to a temporary substrate(TS), a step (b) of mounting the additional elements of the electrical circuit on the conductive structure, and a step (c) of applying a composition forming the carrier element (T) to both sides of the temporary substrate carrying circuit parts. The method also includes a step (d) of removing the temporary substrate(TS).
