Consequently, the display frequency of the advertisement data can be increased as compared with constitution which displays the advertisement data when the Internet is connected to and so on. Specially, when the equipment in the save mode is put back into the normal mode in response to user's input, the user is always in front of the terminal equipment 11. The advertisement data can, therefore, be displayed securely to the user at this time.
