摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display panel(PDP) electrode substrate that has a fine and high precision electrode pattern and is of low cost, and a manufacturing method of forming the fine pattern of the electrode substrate at high precision and at low cost. SOLUTION: The PDP electrode substrate comprises an electrode pattern that is made by firing and removing the binder resin portion of the pattern made of conductive ink composition on the glass substrate, and (i) the pattern made of conductive ink composition is formed by printing the conductive ink composition on the glass substrate by intaglio off-set printing, (ii) the conductive ink composition is formed by dispersing or melting the metal powder and binder resin in the solvent, and (iii) the printing blanket that is used for the printing of the conductive pattern comprises on the surface a layer made of rubber having a volume increasing rate of 20% or less when steeped for 24 hours at 23 deg.C in the solvent of the conductive ink composition.
