PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Internet dynamic image link system capable of reducing link information needed for related information when linking to a dynamic image. SOLUTION: This Internet dynamic image link system comprises a server and a user side terminal. It is characterized by that the server has a means of determining an existence of a link destination from point time information and point coordinate information sent from the user side terminal.
