PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic hot water supply apparatus which has high responsiveness to changes in hot water supply temperature and can prevent the detouring of hot water to a hot water flow passage or a water flow passage through an automatic mixing valve for tap. SOLUTION: This automatic hot water supply apparatus is provided with first and second hot water delivery paths 2 and 3 respectively having automatic mixing valves which mix hot water from the hot water flow passage 5 with water from the water flow passage 6. In the apparatus, a mixing valve 8 for tap installed to the first hot water delivery path 2 is constituted of the automatic mixing valve equipped with a temperature-sensitive elongating and contracting body 22a and check valves 28 and 29 are respectively installed to the hot water and water flow passages 5 and 6 of the mixing valve 8.
