PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively heat a heat medium by supplying fuel gas to a combustion apparatus stably and effectively utilizing heat of the combustion apparatus. SOLUTION: The heat medium heated by the combustion apparatus 21 is circulated with a circulation apparatus 29, and there is disposed in the vicinity of the foregoing combustion apparatus 21 a heat medium tank 30 in which the heat transfer medium heated by the combustion apparatus 21 is accommodated or a fuel tank 20 in which fuel gas to be supplied to the foregoing combustion apparatus 21 is stored.
