PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote controller enabling the changing operation of a setting in an instrument simply and explicitly. SOLUTION: The remote controller is provided with an operation judging unit 42 for judging whether a temperature setting switch 41 is operated or not, a first memory unit 45 for storing a set value before starting the operation by a detecting signal of the starting of operation of the operation judging unit 42, a set timer 46 initiated at every times when the temperature setting switch 41 is operated to count a non-operated time during a predetermined period of time, a second memory unit 47 for storing the set value at present by the count up of the set timer 46, and a comparing means 48 for comparing a set value stored in the first memory unit 45 with the set value stored in the second memory unit 47. The voice guide of the change of setting is effected only when there is a difference in the comparison of the set values by the comparing means 48 whereby the voice guide is effected only when the setting is changed surely and, therefore, the remote controller device can be used with ease with a high reliability.
