PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the term of construction work for a manhole, reduce construction costs and an area exclusive to the construction work, and enhance earthquake resistance, etc., by increasing the joining strength of a manhole skeleton block. SOLUTION: The manhole 1 is composed of a lower manhole skeleton 2, which communicates with respective small-bore jacking pipes 4a and 4b via cut-off equipment 3, an intermediate manhole skeleton 5, which is connected to the top of the skeleton 2 by welding, an upper manhole skeleton 6, which is connected to the upper part of the skeleton 5 by welding, and a coupling easing 100. The skeleton 2, the skeleton 5 and the coupling easing 100 are turned for press fitting while being connected together.
