The oven is composed of a charcoal fire drawer (1) which when withdrawn can serve as a simple barbecue. The oven has a hearth composed of four assembled metal plates (8,11,12,14) arranged so as to facilitate the circulation and regulation of cold air on, under, in front and behind the pizza. The hearth is hollow and ventilated by holes (18,19).
