PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable IC card reader/writer in which yarn refuse, hair, sticky refuse, etc., can be easily removed even though those refuse is invaded into the IC care reader/writer. SOLUTION: A case consisting of an upper member 3 having an opening part 5 and a lower member 4 is provided with a card insertion path 8 through which an IC card 2 is inserted. The card insertion path 8 is provided with contacts 9 connected electrically to the IC card 2, and an opening and closing part 11 is also provided so as to face the contacts 9. |
