<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high efficiency thin film solar cell employing a p-type crystalline silicon layer having large grain size and high orientation. SOLUTION: At least one pin junction is formed and the p layer is a crystalline silicon layer containing fluorine w of a thin film solar cell. The p layer includes at least one two layer structure having different concentration of group III element.</p> |
