PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a control panel which is capable of compactly forming a control panel to be fitted with a display device spread with a non-display section to be a dead space flush with a display element, prevents leakage of the light from the display device through control knobs and prevents static electricity from entering the display device from the control knobs. SOLUTION: The control panel to be fitted with the display device 1 spread with the non-display element 1b to be the dead space flush with the display section 1a is arranged with the control knob 4 supported by hinges so as to overlap on the non-display element 1b and is arranged with a shielding plate 6 between the control knob 4 and the non-display element 1b.
