PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of controlling hot-water supplier by which the reheating time of a one-boiler two-channel hot-water supplier until the hot water in a bathtub reaches a set bath temperature can be shortened and, at the same time, the excessive flowing out of hot water can be prevented and the hot-water supplier can be controlled in a highly comfortable state even when a set hot water supply temperature is lower than the set bath temperature when hot water supply and reheating are simultaneously performed by means of the hot-water supplier. SOLUTION: This method of controlling hot-water supplier is constituted in such a way that, when a control section 19 discriminates that the sum total of the quantity of heat required for hot water supply and the quantity of heat required for reheating is smaller than the upper-limit supply heat quantity of a combustor 16 when the supplier simultaneously performs hot water supply and reheating, the section 19 controls the valve stem 27 of a mixing proportional valve 6 within the traveling amount range of the valve stem of a mixing ratio control valve. When the section 19 discriminates that the sum total of the quantities of heat required for hot water supply and reheating is larger than the upper-limit supply heat quantity of the combustor 16, the section 19 controls the valve stem 27 of the mixing proportional valve 6 within the traveling amount range of the valve stem of a flow control valve.
