PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in a conventional means that dust is collected on a net if the inclination of the net is gentler than that of a roof and all the net fixing angles must be changed to correspond to the problems by such means, thereby requiring much time and labor. SOLUTION: A net fixing device holding the beltlike net for removing fallen leaves put on an eaves gutter hoisting device is provided with an outdoor side net holding part 1 and a building side net holding part 2. The building side net holding part 2 is formed into many steps to hold both ends of the net by the outdoor side net holding part 1 and the building side net holding part 2.
