PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain stable electrification uniformity over the long-term use of an image forming device and to stabilize potential by electrification by eliminating the fluctuation of electrifying performance, especially, in the initial state of the use of the device in the transfer system cleaner-less image forming device, in which a contact electrifying means using electrification accelerating particles is adopted as the electrifying means 2 of an image carrier 1, and a process cartridge which can be attached to/detached from the main body of the image forming device. SOLUTION: Developer is mixed in the electrification accelerating particles applied to a contact electrifying member 2 in advance. It is not until the time to start the use of the device that the electrification accelerating particles exist on the contact surface of the contact electrifying member with the image carrier. |
