PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a customer award points for encouraging the customer to repeatedly visit a store. SOLUTION: A plurality of receivers 20 for receiving radio waves transmitted from a transmitter 10 held by a customer 5, and for detecting identification information stored in the transmitter from the radio waves are installed in a plurality of sales floors in a store. A data managing server 30 detects the action amount of the visiting customer in the store based on the detected result of the receivers 20, and decides award points to be given to the customer based on the action amount detected for each customer, and stores the accumulated award points decided by the deciding means for the different opportunities to visit the store of the same customer. The moving distance of the customer in the store is used as one component of the action amount. |
