PURPOSE:To provide a YAG laser beam machine which can efficiently execute the connecting work of the extra fine lead wire and can secure the reliability of the connected part after welding. CONSTITUTION:At the rear part of an YAG laser beam oscillator 2, the crystal 3 for the second harmonics and the crystal 4 for the fourth harmonics are successively provided. In the space where the laser beam S emitted from the YAG laser beam oscillator 2 passes to reach a sample supporting part 6, optical path switching mirrors 8, 9, 10, 11 and fixed mirrors 12, 13, 14, 15 are provided, and the optical path of the laser beam S is changed by the optical path switching mirrors 8, 9, 10, 11. |
