摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid module, for which the degradation and destruction of electronic components at welding to a terminal electrode are reduced. SOLUTION: The electronic components 132a-132j are mounted in an electronic component mounting region 14 one main surface of the printed wring board 131 of a battery protecting module 13, and electrodes 134a and 134b composed of a conductor pattern are formed in a region which is not pertinent to the back side of the electronic component mounting area 14 on the other main surface of the printed wiring board 131. Metal plates 15a and 15b composed of nickel are soldered to the electrodes 134a and 134b, and the terminal electrodes are obtained. At assembling of a battery pack using the battery protection module 13, heat generated at welding of a metal piece for connecting the battery protection module 13 and a battery cell to the metal plates 15a and 15b is diverged and lowered, while being transmitted through the printed wiring board 131, and heat of a high temperature will not be impressed to the electronic components 132a-132j.</p>
