PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accurately performing the support and following of action for sales staff by utilizing a computer. SOLUTION: The visit instruction information is prepared for each classified customer by well-experienced staff. At the time of receiving the information, a computer system prints and outputs the visit instruction information on an action instruction card together with customer information and sales action conditions for each customer. The sales staff performs effective sales action by following the action instruction card. The action performed by the sales staff is written to the action instruction card and registered to a database. On the basis of the data, the sales action is followed.
