PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of assembling a rolling bearing device capable of simplifying an assembly operation and easily assembling even a small-sized rolling bearing device. SOLUTION: After a rolling element 12a and a first outer ring 13a are installed in a first raceway track groove 11a, an energizing member 18 is allowed to abut on the first outer ring 13a and pressed against the first outer ring 13a by a pressing member 17, and a second outer ring 13b is disposed around the second raceway track groove 11b in an eccentric state so that an insert space S can be formed between the inner peripheral surface of the second outer ring and the outer peripheral surface of a shaft 11. Next, a rolling element 12b is inserted into the insert space S through a clearance between the pressing member 17 and the second outer ring 13b to dispose the rolling element 12b at a specified position between the second raceway track groove 11b and the second outer ring 13b.
