PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing animal wine by adding the concentrate of goat to a preparation of wine and fermenting and maturing, which is the wine for the preservation of one's health. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing the animal wine comprises the steps of: heating a goat at 130-300deg.C for 48 hours and removing oil and then adding hedysarums and Epimedium koreanum and reheating for 48 hours and then filtering to obtain the concentrate; steaming glutinous rice and pine needles and mixing the steamed glutinous rice and pine needles with malted rice and malt; putting the concentrate of the goat and the glutinous rice mixed material into a pot and fermenting and maturing for more than 30 days.
