PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable pressure control that matches microscopic fluctuations in pressure of a secondary pressure chamber. SOLUTION: In a pressure reducing valve 2, a valve rod 11 is loosely passed through a main valve 6 with a predetermined axial play X and a second valve element 8 for opening and closing a second valve port 7 bored in the main valve 6 around the valve rod 11 and inside a valve spring 15 biasing the main valve 6 in its closing direction is provided at the main-valve passing end 11a of the valve rod 11. The valve element 8 lifts the play X and is biased by a second valve spring 18 in its closing direction, whereby only the valve element 8 is opened or closed if fluctuations in the pressure of the secondary pressure chamber 4 are microscopic and the valve rod 11 moves up and down within the range of the lift X of the valve element 8.
