PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software development demand support device, storage medium and development demand transmission method for supporting the development of computer software so that the request contents from a requester can be precisely transmitted to a software developer to more efficiently perform a more effective development of software. SOLUTION: The development demand support device comprises a function implementable by computer software, and stores a development function database including confirmation items in the development of the function, so that a retrieval can be performed. In this development demand transmission method, the function corresponding to the requester's demand is confirmed in a development function database by use of this development demand support device, so that the requester's demand can be precisely and efficiently transmitted to the computer software developer.
