PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both a polyurethane resin coating agent having excellent adhesion to a silicone rubber substrate and capable of simply forming surface protective layers having excellent abrasion resistance on the surfaces of various kinds of silicone rubber substrates and to provide a silicone rubber member subjected to a surface treatment with the polyurethane coating agent. SOLUTION: This polyurethane resin coating agent for silicone rubber containes the following components (A) to (C): (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polyurethane resin prepared by reacting a hydrocarbon compound having at least one aliphatic unsaturated bond in a side chain and/or the main chain of the molecular chain and at least one active hydrogen coexisting in the same molecule and/or an aliphatic unsaturated bond-containing polysiloxane with an organic polyisocyanate, a polyol and/or a polyamine and, as necessary, a chain extender and having the aliphatic unsaturated group; (B) 0.1-100 pts.wt. of an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having >=2 hydrosilyl groups in one molecule; and (C) a catalytic amount of a hydrosilylation catalyst.
