PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power circuit capable of inputting two types of AC voltages and implementing measures for a harmonic current using a simple structure and at a low cost. SOLUTION: One terminal A side of an AC power supply 1 is connected to a first terminal a of a rectifying circuit 4 via a first chalk coil 2. The other terminal B side of the AC power supply 1 is connected to a third terminal c of the rectifying circuit 4. A first smoothing capacitor 6 and a second smoothing capacitor 7 are connected in series between a second terminal b and a fourth terminal d of the rectifying circuit 4. The first smoothing capacitor 6 and the second smoothing capacitor 7, and the second chalk coil are connected through a switch 5.
