PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an arrangement structure of reinforcing bars arranged by crossing the reinforcing bars constituting a beam mutually. SOLUTION: A connection pin 11 is fitted into a central point of platelike hardware 10 forming an X form by overlapping two platelike hardware 10, and the X forms are connected to form cross part joint hardware 9. Next, a screw joint as a mechanical joint 12 is mounted on a protruding bar 13 welded in such a way that 1/2 of a cross section is embedded in the platelike hardware 10 and remaining 1/2 overhangs on a face where two platelike hardware 10 are overlapped for a short side of the cross part joint hardware 9 in advance, and then two upper part bars 4 and two lower part bars 5 are arranged by abutting on the protruding bar 13. After connecting them with the cross part joint hardware 9 through the screw joint 12, they are arranged as the beam 1 of the structure.
