PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a management system of refrigerating equipment, in which even when no person is present at nighttime or on a holiday in a service center, a report on abnormal conditions entered from a centralized management apparatus in shops A, B, etc., is immediately sent to a serviceman or a maintenance man at an established terminal station, and a prompt countermeasures can be performed to improve the serviceability. SOLUTION: In the management system, in which refrigerating equipment in supermarkets, est. is remotely controlled in a service center, an established terminal D is connected to the center. The terminal D is provided with a portable personal computer 14 connected to a mobile communication device 13 such as PHS. Stored data and reports on abnormal conditions of the equipment are automatically entered from the center through the device 13. |
